On March 27^th, the WVBI will welcome Capgemini Government Solutions executive Bruce Thomas who will lead a forum on the teaming process, with particular emphasis on the teaming interview.  The forum, which is targeted at owners and key executives of West Virginia-based technology companies, will take place at 3 pm in the exhibit hall of the WVHTF Research Building (former ISR building) in Fairmont, WV.

Mr. Thomas is uniquely qualified to lead this forum.  He has worked with multi-national companies, government agencies, large information technology companies, and consulting firms for the last 25 years.  Mr. Thomas has collaborated with numerous partners, putting together diverse teams which included small businesses.  Mr. Thomas will provide his perspectives on what large prime contractors are seeking in small business partners.  He has promised an interesting, interactive discussion full of pointers for success in the all-important teaming interview between a small business and a prime contractor.
