National Biometric Security Project (NBSP). The NBSP is readying an innovative service to
provide anonymous identity authentication to serve private enterprises and government
organizations. In this collaborative partnership, WCC's multi-modal biometric fusion platform
will provide the core functionality for identity authentication.
Founded after 9/11 and based in Washington, D.C., the NBSP supports government and
private sector organizations in their efforts to standardize, test, acquire and deploy biometric
technology for the purposes of identity assurance. WCC has partnered with NBSP to provide
its signature technology, ELISE ID - The Platform for Multi-Modal Fusion, that delivers
meaningful, ranked results in sub-second response time. ELISE is capable of searching
through traditional biographic data, as well as more advanced multiple biometrics, regardless
of database size or search criteria.
