Oct. 3 BEACON Lecture Focuses on Iris Recognition

Starting at noon on October 3, Jinyu Zuo will present his work on ‘Robust Iris Segmentation Algorithms' at Lockheed Martin's BEACON Center in Whitehall (Fairmont), WV.  Currently, Jinyu Zuo is a PhD candidate at West Virginia University’s Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.  His recent research has focused on non-ideal iris recognition. However, his other research interests include topics such as image and signal processing, texture analysis, and biometrics.
