The DSD Information Assurance Laboratory (DIAL) is one of only nine fully accredited Common Criteria Testing Laboratories in the U.S. DIAL has established and is maintaining a facility and Quality System that has been approved by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP). DIAL’s Common Criteria services include:
-Selection of a Protection Profile
-Evaluation/Development of a Security Target
-Performing CC evaluations for EAL 1-4 (upon CCEVS approval)
-Development of CC documentation
The focus of DIAL is on biometrics, service oriented architectures, and web-enabled products.
DIAL also conducts IV&V on biometric products.
DIAL is an ISO 9001 registered laboratory. |
