Company Description
The Blanchette Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute is a unique, independent, non-profit institute dedicated to the study of both memory and memory disorders. Its mission is to:

1. Expand and advance state-of-the-art scientific research of memory and memory disorders for purposes of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
2. Promote translation of resulting discoveries to practical medical applications.

Memory is, in many ways, what makes us human. It is how we define ourselves, structure our lives, form our families and social organizations, and share and advance art, science, and technology.

BRNI conducts research on pattern recognition and matching applicable to iris and facial recognition, as well as data fusion and hand-written character recognition.
